SHIPPING CHARGES

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all orders above Rs. 5,000 within India.
Standard Shipping: For orders below Rs. 5,000, a flat shipping charge of Rs. 500 will be applied.
Express Shipping: Available for Rs. 1,000 additional charge for faster delivery (1-2 business days).

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days for most locations in India
Express Delivery: 1-2 business days for major cities
Remote Areas: 7-14 business days for remote or difficult-to-reach locations

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or transportation delays.

SHIPPING AREAS

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. For remote locations, additional delivery time may be required. We do not currently offer international shipping.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

PACKAGING

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We use appropriate packaging materials including bubble wrap, protective boxes, and cushioning materials as needed. For fragile items, extra care is taken in packaging.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our delivery partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, you will be contacted to arrange re-delivery, which may incur additional charges.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at stationmeerapanipuri@gmail.com. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a replacement.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. MASALA LIBRARY PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped.
