You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at purchase@meerapanipuri.com within the 30-day return window. Please include your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.
In case of any refunds approved, it will take 3 days for the refund to be credited to you. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
